Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wedge soft cheese like Brie or Camembert
  • 1 block firm cheese like aged Cheddar or Manchego
  • 1 small wedge blue cheese like Gorgonzola (optional)
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 1 bunch red or green grapes
  • 3 oz prosciutto or salami (optional)
  • 1 assortment of crackers and sliced baguette
  • 1/2 cup Marcona almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup honey or fig jam
  • 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • A few sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Let soft and semi-soft cheeses sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before assembling.
  2. Place cheese selections and small bowls for honey and olives on a large wooden board or platter, spacing them out to create sections.
  3. Arrange fresh fruits around the cheeses. Create piles of berries, fan out sliced stone fruit, and drape grape bunches over edges.
  4. Fill open spaces with crackers, bread, and folded meats (if using). Scatter nuts throughout the board for crunch.
  5. Drizzle a little honey over a creamy cheese wedge. Garnish the board with fresh herb sprigs. Serve immediately.
