A creamy, no-cook breakfast that tastes like dessert. Layers of vanilla oat base, fresh strawberries, and a tangy cream cheese swirl come together overnight for a grab-and-go morning treat. It’s wholesome, satisfying, and perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt (for swirl)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (for swirl)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries, divided

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash softened cream cheese with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt and 1 tsp maple syrup until smooth to create the cheesecake swirl. Set aside.
  2. In a 12-16 oz jar, combine rolled oats, milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until fully mixed.
  3. Fold half of the chopped strawberries into the oat mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining strawberries over the top of the oats.
  5. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries. Use a knife or chopstick to gently swirl it into the top layer.
  6. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Stir before eating. Top with extra strawberries or graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. For dairy-free, use plant-based milk, yogurt, and cream cheese. Oats keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.
