A creamy, no-cook breakfast that tastes like dessert. Protein-rich Greek yogurt and fiber-packed oats combine with fresh strawberries and a graham cracker topping for a satisfying morning treat that prepares itself overnight.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced, divided
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and milk until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in about two-thirds of the diced strawberries.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between two airtight jars or containers. Seal with lids.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir the oats and top with the remaining fresh strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats, not quick oats. Add graham cracker crumbs just before eating to keep them crunchy. The oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free oats and gluten-free graham crackers.
