  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 1 block aged cheddar, sliced
  • 1 cranberry pecan goat cheese ball
  • 100g prosciutto, rolled
  • 100g hard salami, folded
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup dried figs
  • 1 cup assorted chocolates and candies
  • 1 cup chocolate-dipped pretzels
  • 1 cup assorted crackers and breadsticks
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted almonds
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1/4 cup fruit jam
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Edible gold stars or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place small bowls or ramekins on the board for the mustard, jam, and olives.
  2. Arrange the large anchor items: place the brie wheel, cheddar slices, and goat cheese ball in different sections of the board.
  3. Add the cured meats by draping the prosciutto rolls and folding the salami near the cheeses.
  4. Fill spaces with clusters of crackers and breadsticks.
  5. Add piles of fresh fruit like grapes and berries, and dried fruits like apricots and figs.
  6. Scatter the pomegranate arils, chocolates, candies, chocolate-dipped pretzels, and almonds across the board.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and a sprinkle of edible gold stars for a festive sparkle.
