This is the ultimate grab-and-go lunch solution. The flavors meld and improve overnight, creating a portable, satisfying wrap that is arguably better on day two.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing, plus more for spreading
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and parsley (if using). Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Lay tortillas flat. Spread a thin layer of extra Caesar dressing down the center of each.
  3. Place a handful of chopped romaine over the dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture over the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed croutons and black pepper.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla about an inch, then tightly roll from the bottom up, tucking ingredients in as you go.
  7. Individually wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  8. Place wraps seam-side down in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, before serving.

Notes

For best results, do not skip the chilling time. Ensure lettuce is dry to prevent a soggy tortilla. Wraps keep for 3-4 days in the fridge.
