These frozen strawberry yoghurt bites are a simple, wholesome treat perfect for hot days. Made with just a few ingredients, they offer a creamy texture and fruity flavor that both kids and adults will love. They are easy to prepare and make a great healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and finely diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • A tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and finely dice the strawberries. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the diced strawberries into the yoghurt mixture until evenly distributed.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop small mounds of the mixture onto the sheet using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop.
  5. Freeze for about 2 hours until solid. For easy storage, transfer frozen bites to a freezer bag or container.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yoghurt for creamiest results. For dairy-free, substitute with thick coconut or almond yoghurt. Ensure strawberries are dry to prevent icy texture. Bites can be stored in freezer for up to 2 months.
