A perfectly layered breakfast parfait designed to keep the granola crunchy. This simple recipe combines creamy sweetened Greek yogurt with fresh berries and granola for a high-protein, satisfying start to the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries (such as sliced strawberries and blueberries)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  2. Prepare the fruit by hulling and slicing strawberries and rinsing and drying blueberries.
  3. Begin layering in serving glasses. Start with a layer of the sweetened yogurt.
  4. Add a layer of granola, pressing gently to form an even barrier.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  6. Repeat the layers: yogurt, granola, then berries.
  7. Finish with a final swirl of yogurt and top with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola for garnish.

Notes

For best texture, assemble no more than 1-2 hours before serving. To make ahead, store components separately and layer just before eating. Ensure berries are thoroughly dried to prevent sogginess.
