Frozen Yogurt Bark is a quick, healthy frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, nuts, and chocolate chips. It is perfect for summer snacking or a light dessert, ready in just a few hours with minimal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.25 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a quarter-inch layer using a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle berries, nuts, and chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt. Gently press toppings into the surface.
  5. Place the baking sheet flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, lift the parchment paper out of the baking sheet. Let the bark sit at room temperature for 2 minutes, then break into irregular pieces with your hands or a knife.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use thick coconut yogurt or cashew yogurt. For lower sugar, skip honey and use stevia or monk fruit sweetener. To prevent icy texture, ensure yogurt is thick (Greek or strained). Store in a freezer-safe container with parchment between layers for up to 2 weeks.
