Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup high-quality mayonnaise (like Hellmann’s or Duke’s)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle brine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the dill pickles and fresh dill.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped pickles, pickle brine, fresh dill, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Using a spatula, gently fold all ingredients together until fully incorporated.
  4. Taste and season with freshly cracked black pepper. For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a smoother texture, pulse all ingredients in a small food processor. Adjust thickness with extra pickle brine. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
