Instructions

Preparing Your Ricotta Base

  1. Add the ricotta cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Using a whisk, electric hand mixer, or a sturdy fork, whip the ingredients together vigorously for 1-2 minutes until noticeably smoother and lighter.
