Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Chocolate shavings or chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing crumbs, sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter until mixture holds together.
  2. Press crumb mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a chilled bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1/8 tsp salt to peanut butter mixture. Beat until creamy.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until no white streaks remain.
  7. Spoon filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, whip remaining 1/2 cup cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar for topping.
  9. Top pie with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or peanuts.

Notes

Use conventional creamy peanut butter, not natural style, for best texture. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened. Do not skip the chilling time for proper setting.
