  • 23 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk continuously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother syrup, if desired.
  3. Store syrup in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
