Creamy, cozy, and packed with real pumpkin and warm spices, this pumpkin spice smoothie is a satisfying fall breakfast in a glass – ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Small handful of ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add milk, yogurt, and pumpkin puree to your blender.
  2. Add frozen banana, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, salt, and optional chia seeds.
  3. Blend on low for 10–15 seconds, then on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend another 15–20 seconds until thickened and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if desired.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with cinnamon, whipped cream, or pepitas.

Notes

Make it vegan with coconut yogurt and plant-based milk. For extra protein, add a scoop of protein powder or 1 tablespoon hemp seeds. Freeze smoothie packs in advance for busy mornings.
