Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Classic Pumpkin Spice Latte: Heat 1 cup milk with 2 tbsp pumpkin, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and ½ tsp spice. Add ½ cup coffee or 2 shots espresso. Stir in ¼ tsp vanilla. Top with whipped cream.
  2. Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte: Steep 1 chai bag. Heat ½ cup milk with 1 tbsp pumpkin, 1 tsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp spice. Blend for frothiness. Combine and top with cinnamon.
  3. Iced Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew: Pour 1 cup cold brew over ice. Blend ¼ cup cream, 1 tbsp pumpkin, 1 tbsp maple syrup, ¼ tsp spice. Layer pumpkin cream on top.
  4. Pumpkin Hot Chocolate: Heat 1 cup milk with 2 tbsp chocolate chips. Whisk in 1 tbsp pumpkin, ½ tsp spice, 1 tsp brown sugar. Stir in ¼ tsp vanilla. Garnish with whipped cream and shavings.
  5. Pumpkin Protein Smoothie: Blend ½ cup pumpkin, 1 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1 cup almond milk, ½ tsp spice, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and ice. Top with granola.

Notes

To save time, make a batch of pumpkin spice syrup and store in the fridge. For creamier drinks, use oat milk or a milk frother. Freeze pumpkin in tablespoon portions for easy use.
