    • Breasts of chicken or thighs four boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Or 4-5 legs (about 1.5-2 kilograms). Thighs add flavor and juicyness.

    • Rotel diced tomatoes: two cans (10 OZ per) of Rotel diced tomatoes. You can choose to have them hot or mild, based on your preferred spice.

    • Cream cheese One Block (8 OZ) is made of creamy cheese, giving an incredibly creamy and rich texture.

    • The Ranch Seasoning 1 bag (about 1oz) mixed with ranch flavoring for a sweet, herbaceous flavor.

    • Cheddar cheese: 1 – 2 cups (8 8 oz) of cheddar cheese that has been shredded to create a cheesy taste.

    • Chicken broth: 1 cup of broth from chicken to help keep chicken moist and make a smooth sauce.

    • Garlic powder one teaspoon to increase the flavor overall.

    • Powder the onion in one teaspoon to enhance the flavors with garlic.

Additional ingredients that can bring this dish up a step:

    • Beans 1 can (15 OZ) of rinsed and drained black beans for nutrition and texture.

    • Corn 1 cup of canned or frozen corn to add extra sweetness.

    • Jalapenos: 1-2 sliced jalapenos for added heat if you like extra spice.


Instructions

    1. Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken with pepper and salt. After that, put it in the bottom of the crock pot.

    1. Include the Rotel tomatoes. Pour the entire container of Rotel diced tomatoes over the chicken. All juices that add flavor to the dish are included.

    1. Add the cream cheddar and ranch seasoning. Put the cream cheese block over the chicken. Sprinkle your ranch seasoning mix all over the chicken and cream cheese.

    1. Incorporate the chicken’s broth and pour one cup of chicken broth into the crockpot so that the chicken remains moist. The sauce will be silky smooth.

    1. Slow cook. Cover the crock pot with a lid and let it cook at low heat for 6-7 hours, then on high, for 3-4 hrs. The chicken must be cooked to perfection and soft enough that it is easy to shave.

    1. Shred the chicken. After the chicken has been cooked, take two forks and shred it. Mix the ingredients well until the cheese melts in the sauce.

    1. Incorporate cheddar cheese shredded. After the chicken has been chopped, add the cheddar cheese shredded. Let it melt before being integrated into the sauce.
