    • Milk and Cream: 1 cup of cream or milk (adjust according to the desired consistency)

    • Spices :
        • 1/2 1 teaspoon garlic powder

        • 1/2 tsp chili powder

        • 1/4 tsp cumin

        • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  1. Prepare the ingredients. The first step is to chop tomatoes into pieces, Rotel tomatoes as needed, and remove any unnecessary liquid. Grat cheese cheddar cheese and put it aside.
  2. The cream will soften Cheese. In a large pan, put the cream cheese on a medium-high temperature. It is stirred frequently to let it melt and soften.
  3. Include the Rotel Tomatoes: Once the cream cheese has softened and easily stirred, add the tomato juices of the Rotel (with the juices) to the pot. Stir until the cream cheese and tomatoes are completely combined.
  4. Melt the cheese. Gradually add the cheddar cheese into the pot and stir it constantly to ensure it is evenly melted. You may also add a tiny amount of cream or milk at this stage to make the dish more smooth and creamy.
  5. Season the dip. Sprinkle the dip with the preferred spices, like garlic powderchili powder, and cumin. Check the dip for seasoning and alter the seasoning if needed.
