Ingredients
- 2 cups Krusteaz pancake mix
- 1⅓ cups cold water
- Optional: 1 egg, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions

In a large bowl, add Krusteaz pancake mix and water. Stir gently until just combined—don’t overmix.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it.

Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form and edges dry.
