Ingredients

  • Sauces & Condiments: Soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili crisp
  • Aromatics: Fresh garlic, ginger, green onions
  • Proteins: Chicken thighs, ground pork, shrimp, firm tofu, thinly sliced beef
  • Vegetables: Bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, napa cabbage, bok choy
  • Noodles & Rice: Udon noodles, rice noodles, soba noodles, jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Prep Everything First: Have all ingredients chopped, sauces mixed, and noodles cooked before turning on the stove
  2. High Heat is Key: Use a wok or large skillet and get it very hot to sear protein and vegetables quickly
  3. Cook in Batches: Don’t overcrowd the pan. Cook protein first, remove it, then cook vegetables. Combine everything at the end with sauce
  4. Create the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, hoisin, and rice vinegar. Pour in at the end and let it bubble and thicken slightly

Notes

Most dishes make excellent leftovers. Store in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Gently reheat stir-fries and noodles in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or broth to loosen the sauce.
