These easy Chicken Caesar Wraps are the perfect quick lunch or weeknight dinner. Packed with flavorful chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy dressing, they are a guaranteed hit that comes together in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through (165°F). Let rest, then chop.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine with most of the Parmesan cheese and the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds until pliable.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the salad mixture down the center. Top with chopped chicken and croutons.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
  6. Serve immediately, with extra dressing for dipping if desired.

Notes

For best results, assemble wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess. Store components separately for meal prep. Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker option.
